Our Licensed Aesthetician and Permanent Make-up Artist, Traci Lopes, offers permanent eyebrows, eye liner, lip liner and full lip color. Having permanent make-up saves time and eliminates frustration for those of you that draw on eyebrows daily--trying to get them the same, but not always having success. Permanent make-up is the process of pigment being placed in the dermal layer of the skin (as in tattooing). The procedure consists of two appointments, the second being a touch-up to place more pigment into the skin, evening the color and ensuring longer lasting make-up. The make-up is permanent, as there will always be pigment in the skin; however, over years it may require a touch-up (at a reduced rate) to enhance or darken the color depending on personal preferance and life style. The most common question about the procedure is: Does it hurt? A numbing agent is used during each treatment to ensure the client is kept comfortable. Most clients experience the sensation of pressure and vibration from the machine, but say they don't feel much 'pain'. There are several colors to choose from and colors can be customized to your personal preferance. Traci offers free consultations and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
